Hengqin Line
The Hengqin Line put into operation on 2 December 2024, features the Lotus Station (Hengqin Line) and Hengqin station, is a cross-border LRT route extends to Hengqin Island. The main structure of the Hengqin Line consists of a viaduct, an underwater tunnel, and two stations, its total length is about 2.2 kilometers and the tunnel section is about 900 meters. The line starts from the elevated Lotus Station (Hengqin Line) , located nearby the Lotus Bridge in Macao, which can connect to the Lotus Station of Taipa Line. It runs along the Lotus Bridge and crosses the Shizimen Waterway to enter Zhuhai's Hengqin Island through an underwater tunnel, and then arrives at the underground Hengqin station in front of the Macao Port Zone of Hengqin Port.
Seac Pai Van Line

The Seac Pai Van Line, as the first transfer route of the MLRT, put into operation on November 1, 2024, and goes through Estrada do Istmo, Rotunda da Seac Pai Van and Estrada de Seac Pai Van, covering a total length of 1.6 kilometres, with "Seac Pai Van Station" and "Union Hospital Station", extending LRT services to the Seac Pai Van community. Passengers can transfer between the Taipa Line and the Seac Pai Van Line through Union Hospital Station, facilitating convenient travel for residents between Seac Pai Van and various areas in Taipa and the Barra region.

Taipa Line
The Taipa Line was put into operation in 2019, with 11 stations covering the main residential communities in the city centre of Taipa, Taipa village and tourist area and links with 3 major sea, land and air ports of Macao. In 2023, the Taipa Line extend to the Barra Station in Macao Peninsula through the lower deck of the Sai Van Bridge, with a total length of about 12.5km and a total of 12 stations. With the operation of Seac Pai Van Line in 2024, an additional transfer station (Union Hospital Station)  had been gained at the Taipa Line.
East Line
Aiming at complementing urban development and facilitate community integration, as well as enriching and strengthening Macao's existing public transport networks, the Macao SAR Government intends to construct the East Line of Light Rapid Transit System (LRT) which will connect the Macao Peninsula and Taipa.

The initial plan of LRT East Line is expected to have 6 stations with a total length of about 7.7 km. The north part of the East Line is set to run from the neighboring area of Border Gate and passing through the coastline in front of the Avenida Norte do Hipódromo and the Avenida da Ponte da Amizade to the New Urban Zone A. Extending south along the central greenway of the New Urban Zone A, the East Line then across the sea to connect the New Urban Zone E at Taipa. The New Urban Zone E station will connect the existing Taipa Ferry Terminal Station of LRT Taipa Line.
