All personal information including name, contact number, email address, and any other information that can identify his/her will be considered provided to MLM voluntarily.

According to article 11 of Law No. 8/2005 “Personal Data Protection Act”, the information provider has the right to access, rectify or renew your personal information held by MLM. Request should be made to MLM.

Should the person involved requests his/her personal data to be kept confidential, his/her personal identification information and contact details will only be saved at the specified department.

According to item 2 of article 21 of Decree Law No. 5/98/M, anonymous suggestions/ complaints/ objections will not be responded.

During the handling of the complaints, the related information may be transferred to the responsible investigators or institutions of the case if necessary. Also, the related information may be transferred to the police authorities/judicial authorities / concern administrative in investigation or judiciary process.

According to article 14 of the foregoing Law, should the information handle illegally or violates the Law No. 8/2005 “Personal Data Protection Act”, the person can claim his/her loss at the related court on his/her own. Limitation period in civil claims that MLM handle his/her suggestions / complaints / objections will not be counted.
