If you lose any item while travelling on the Macao LRT, please call (853) 8506 0903 from 08:00 to 20:00 to inquire about or claim your property. Lost items will be kept for 365 days, after which they will be processed in accordance with MLM’s procedures.

Valuables clearly exceeding MOP 2,000 and important documents (such as passports, identity cards, debit/credit cards, or other items involving personal privacy) will be transferred to the Macao Public Security Police Force when found.
