Train service of Macao LRT will serve overnight on 9 February 2024 (Chinese New Year's Eve) to provide transportation convenience to the public and tourists travelling that night. Due to the passenger flow, the LRT train service will operate at a frequency of 7.5 minutes from 11:00 a.m. on 9 February 9 to 1:00 a.m. on 10 February (the first day of Chinese New Year). Train frequency will operate at 15 minutes from 1:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m. and change to 30 minutes from 3:00 a.m. to 6:30 a.m. on 10 February. The frequency of LRT service will return to about 7.5 to 10 minutes after 6:30 a.m. on 10 February. Passengers should notice the arrangement.
Besides, since various large-scale celebration events will be held during the Chinese New Year, LRT service will be available until 11:59 p.m. on 12, 16 and 24 February (the third, the seventh and the fifteenth day of Chinese New Year).
During Chinese New Year, Macao LRT will keep a close watch on the passenger flow at each station and deploy extra staff to guide passengers. Passengers are advised to follow the arrangements of the station staff and board trains orderly.
