To cooperate with the government's work arrangement, the Lotus Checkpoint Station of LRT Taipa Line will be renamed as Lotus Station on 11 August. Meanwhile, as the extension of the LRT Taipa Line ⇄ Barra is expected to open at the end of this year, and to tie in with the train testing progress of the relevant departments, the display screens and related facilities on trains and stations of the Taipa Line will be newly added to Barra Station, and the former Lotus Checkpoint Station will be renamed as Lotus Station. Signages along the LRT Taipa Line will need to be replaced gradually, which is expected to be completed by the end of November this year.
